各位领导，朋友们：

大家好！今天云端连线，也充满了满满的幸福感。首先，我简要介绍一下鄞州。公元前222年，秦王朝设置鄞县，是全国第一批建制县，距今有2243年历史，2002年撤县设区,2016年区划调整后成为今天的鄞州区。今年GDP有望突破2400亿元，城乡收入比为1.73:1，成为国家公共文化服务体系示范区、国家级智慧健康养老示范基地，是浙江省生态文明示范区、十大魅力名城（区）。在这之前，已连续两年荣获“中国最具幸福感城区”。

Respected leaders and friends, good morning!

Today I am very happy that we are connected online. First, I would like to briefly introduce Yinzhou. In 222 BC, the Qin dynasty set up Yinxian County, one of the first institutional counties in our country and has a history of 2243 years. In 2002, the county was replaced by district, which was adjusted in 2016 and became today’s Yinzhou District. Our GDP this year is expected to exceed 240 billion yuan and the urban-rural income ratio is 1.73 to 1. It has become a national demonstration area of public cultural service system and a demonstration base for smart health and elderly care at national level. It is a demonstration area for ecological progress and one of the top ten charming cities (districts) in Zhejiang Province. Before that, it has won the title of ‘the happiest city in China’ for two consecutive years.

习近平总书记指出，生活过得好不好，人民群众最有发言权。今天，我给大家分享鄞州群众的3个幸福故事，透过“我在鄞州”的小视角，展现“我很幸福”的大场景。

As Xi Jinping pointed out, people have the most say in how their life is. Today, through three happy stories about Yinzhou people and from the perspective of ‘I am in Yinzhou’, let me unfold for you the big scene of ‘I am happy’.

第一个故事是“一个人”——杨倩。一枪射落东京奥运会中国首金，一人勇夺两块金牌，把鄞州推到了全国奥运金牌榜区县级单位第2，习近平总书记称赞她是“中华儿女多奇志，不爱红装爱武装”。这个鄞州土生土长，爱吃油焖大虾、爱“比心”的姑娘，在赛场上奋斗由我的豪气、永不言败的硬气、能打胜仗的锐气，生动展示了鄞州人“创优争先、攀高进位”的精气神。同样，在高质量发展的赛场上，鄞州人一样敢拼敢抢、争金夺冠，涌现了国家级制造业单项冠军17个，占全国2%、居浙江省区（县、市）第1。所以说，在鄞州，是拼搏的人们挥洒汗水，浇灌了幸福。
