扈鲁：向全日本爱瓢会赠送 《葫芦文化丛书》仪式在青岛举行

    
    本报讯   2018年11月6日，恰逢深秋初冬时节，天空飘着细雨，时田勉先生乘坐的国际航班中午时分在青岛流亭国际机场徐徐落地。扈鲁先生早已等候在此，时隔三年，两位先生因对葫芦的共同热爱又相聚拥抱在一起。 

    On November 6th, 2018, a drizzling late autumn day, Tsutomu Tokida arrived at Qingdao International Airport. Hu Lu was already waiting there. After three years, the common interest in gourd brought the two scholars together again. 
  

    全日本爱瓢会成立于1975年，距今已有40多年的历史。时田勉先生是该协会第八任会长，他曾于2013年、2015年两度到访曲阜师范大学，交流葫芦文化，为促进中日两国葫芦文化研究成果的传播和共享做出了重要的贡献。 

The Association for All Nippon Gourd Fanciers was founded in 1975, with a history of more than 40 years up to now. Tsutomu Tokida is the eighth president of the association. He visited Qufu Normal University twice, respectively in 2013and2015, for an exchange of gourd culture, making great contributions to the exchange and dissemination of gourd culture study between Japan and China. 
 

    2013年3月，时田勉先生第一次来到曲阜师范大学，参观了葫芦画社和部分葫芦藏品展览，被扈鲁收藏的来自世界各地的数百件葫芦艺术品和葫芦文化研究成果所震惊。时田勉向扈鲁赠送了日本葫芦的艺术品和世界上最大的葫芦的种子，期望培植成功以丰富馆藏，随后，扈鲁委托经济宁市鱼台县天赐葫芦园的赵银刚先生培育种植了这些种子，并收获了2米多长的日本长柄葫芦，成为葫芦文化博物馆的一件珍品，扈鲁向时田勉回赠了一把中国绾结葫芦。扈鲁和时田勉的这次会面开启了全日本爱瓢会与葫芦画社间葫芦文化交流的先河，从此，两位葫芦文化同道之间的交流日益深入。 
 

    In March 2013, Tsutomu Tokida came to Qufu Normal University for the first time. While visiting the Gourd Painting Studio and part of its gourd collection, he marvelled at Hu Lu’s collection of hundreds of gourd artworks from all over the world and achievement in gourd culture research. Tsutomu Tokida gave the gourd artworks from Japan and the seeds of the world's largest gourd to Hu Lu as a gift, expecting him to successfully breed the gourd to enrich the collection. Later, Hu Lu entrusted Zhao Yingang from Tianci Gourd Garden in Yutai, Jining City, to cultivate these seeds and finally harvested a Japanese long stem gourd of more than two meters long, which became a treasure in the Gourd Culture Museum. Hu Lu also gave a Chinese knotted gourd to Tsutomu Tokida as a gift in return. This meeting between Hu Lu and Tsutomu Tokida started the exchange of gourd culture between the Association for All Nippon Gourd Fanciers and the Gourd Painting Studio.     2014年6月，第39届全日本爱瓢会总会暨展示会，在日本四国爱媛县砥部町文化会馆隆重举行。作为本届大会的特邀展览活动，“最葫芦·葫芦文化丝路行”走进日本，成为本届大会的一大亮点。展览期间，一位精通中文的女士对扈鲁的写意葫芦画作表现出了浓厚的兴趣，对作品给出了高度评价。 

    In June 2014, the 39th Annual Exhibition of Association for All Nippon Gourd Fanciers was held in the Tobe-Town Bunkakaikan in Ehime Prefecture, Shikoku, Japan. As a special event, the “Glamour of the Gourd – Gourd Culture Tour along the Silk Road” Exhibition became a highlight. Among them, a lady fluent in Chinese shew great interest in Hu Lu’s paintings and highly praised the paintings. 
 

    2015年是全日本爱瓢会成立40周年，5月，时田勉先生率团再次访问曲阜师大葫芦文化博物馆，交流葫芦文化。这次来访，时田勉给扈鲁带来了一幅《孔子行教图》、几本《葫芦的培育方法及作品创作》等资料。通过《孔子行教图》，时田勉先生告诉大家，全日本爱瓢会的“瓢”正是出自《论语》“箪食瓢饮”之“瓢”，这是爱瓢会的最初起源。《葫芦的培育方法及作品创作》一书是全日本爱瓢会创立40周年纪念志，见证了全日本爱瓢会40年发展的历程。时田勉先生亲笔题写了中国唐代韦肇《瓢赋》中的一句话“惟兹瓢之雅素,禀成象而环伟”对扈鲁的葫芦文化事业表示祝贺。

The Cultivation Method and Artworks Creation of Gourd is the commemorative book for the 40th anniversary of the Association for All Nippon Gourd Fanciers, which records the 40-year development of the association. Tsutomu Tokida wrote a calligraphy work in particular to congratulate Hu Lu on his undertakings of gourd culture. 
 

    多年来，时田勉先生一直保持同扈鲁先生的联系，每年都将全日本爱瓢会的会报寄送到中国曲阜，时田勉先生非常细心，邮寄会报的邮票都精心挑选，大都选用印有葫芦图像的邮票。2018年又把刚刚出版的《育种•栽培•工艺技术全集》寄来，为扈鲁了解研究日本葫芦文化的历史、现状及未来走向提供了重要素材。而扈鲁也及时将每期出版的《葫芦画社报》寄到全日本爱瓢会，与日本葫芦文化同道分享交流葫芦文化研究成果。

    Over the years, Tsutomu Tokida has been keeping in touch with Hu Lu, and sending the journal of the Association for All Nippon Gourd Fanciers to Qufu, China each year, and even the stamps are carefully selected by him, mostly printed with the images of gourds. In 2018, the newly published Complete Work of Gourd Breeding, Cultivation and Techniques was sent to Hu Lu, providing an important material for the study of the history, current situation and future development of the Japanese gourd culture. Hu Lu also sent each issue of the Gourd Painting Studio Papers to the Association for All Nippon Gourd Fanciers, to share the achievements of gourd culture research. 
 

    这是两位老朋友的第三次会面，在赠书仪式上，扈鲁共向时田勉先生赠送了两套丛书，一套赠给全日本爱瓢会，另一套赠与时田勉先生。接着他向时田勉先生介绍了九卷本的《葫芦文化丛书》，每介绍一卷，时田勉先生都仔细听翻译的讲解，每接过一卷都小心翼翼仔细端详，目光中充满了欣慰和满足。时田勉向扈鲁先生表示了祝贺，并感谢扈鲁能将《葫芦文化丛书》共享给全日本爱瓢会及日本学界。时田勉先生说，葫芦对于人类而言将成为愈发重要的文化符号，扈鲁先生不仅致力于葫芦的研究，还通过这一载体促进了不同国家和民族之间的文化交流，这种执着的精神令人敬佩。他愿意与扈鲁先生一起努力，促进中日两国葫芦文化研究的交流，共同将葫芦文化发扬光大。

    It was the third meeting of the two old friends. At the ceremony, Hu Lu presented two sets of books to Tsutomu Tokida, one set for the Association and the other for Tsutomu Tokida. Then he introduced the nine volumes of The Gourd Culture Series to Tsutomu Tokida. While listening to the interpretation, Tsutomu Tokida took a close look at each volume with great joy and satisfaction. Tsutomu Tokida expressed his congratulations on Hu Lu’s achievement and thanked him for sharing The Gourd Culture Series with the Association and the Japanese academic circles. Tsutomu Tokida said that gourd would increasingly become an important cultural symbol for human beings, and that Hu Lu is not only devoted to the study of gourd, but also promoted cultural exchanges between different countries and nations with admirable persistence. He is willing to work with Hu Lu to promote the exchange of gourd culture research between China and Japan and jointly carry forward the gourd culture. 
 

    2018年是《中日和平友好条约》签署40周年，中日之间各个层面的互动往来正在积极开展，时田勉先生曾多次邀请扈鲁参加日本葫芦文化研讨会，扈鲁因工作等原因一直未能如愿。此次扈鲁赴青岛与时田勉先生相见并举行赠书仪式，虽是老朋友之间、葫芦文化同道之间的交流，但体现的中日友谊、葫芦文化的传播已超越国界，为中日关系友好发展增添了亮色。

    The year of 2018 marks the 40th anniversary of the Sino-Japanese Treaty of Peace and Friendship. The interaction between China and Japan at various levels is being actively carried out. During this year, Tsutomu Tokida repeatedly invited Hu Lu to participate in the Japanese gourd culture symposium, but Hu Lu was too busy to make the trip. This ceremony held in Qingdao is not only an exchange between two old friends and gourd culture lovers, but more importantly, an embodiment of a further development of gourd culture exchange between different nations. It is indeed a highlight in the development of China-Japanese relationship.
